Important – Customs Declarations – Since leaving the EU we now have to put a customs slip on each packet before the Post Office will accept it. A new development is that we must now list the description and weight of each item on the customs slip, in a box 10 X 20mm.
As it is physically impossible to enter more than 6 items in the space allocated PLEASE LIMIT YOUR ORDER TO A MAXIMUM OF 6 ITEMS. We apologise for this, should your order be for a larger number of items we request that you split the order into 2 orders. The regulations state that any markings must be in the box. Failure to follow this procedure may well result in your package languishing in customs awaiting further investigation.
When processing your order, if an item requested is out of stock, we will normally create a “back order” and send the item to you as soon as is possible. If you would prefer a refund or credit equal to the items value instead, please make it clear when you order.
